Carefully Selected Staff
Only verified performers who have passed several interviews and a security check are allowed to clean. Each cleaner undergoes training, at the end of which they take a test and pass an exam.
We Check Quality
We always ask for feedback on our cleaning services and request that you rate the cleaner's work. If anything is wrong, we will come back and fix it. We don't want to make money from unhappy customers.

Cleaners use only high-quality eco-friendly chemicals. They are gentle, smell good, and are perfect for apartments with small children.
Frequently asked questions
It is completely up to you. Some customers prefer to spend time out in the city while their apartment is being cleaned, enjoying some personal time. Others like to be present to provide directions to the cleaning staff when needed. The only thing you need to ensure is that your cleaner has a way to access your home.
You can pay for the cleaning service through various methods, including credit/debit cards, online payment platforms, or direct bank transfers. We strive to offer convenient payment options to suit your needs.
To cancel your booking, simply contact our customer support via email or phone and provide the appointment details (your name, email address, and appointment date are sufficient). We’ll confirm your cancellation via email. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit.
Chandeliers: We do not wash chandeliers due to their delicate nature and complex structure. Chandeliers often have intricate parts, including crystals, and may need to be dismantled for thorough cleaning. Currently, our cleaners are not equipped to handle this task, but we are working on it. We believe in doing our work either well or not at all.
Blinds: Cleaning blinds is another task we avoid. They are fragile and can easily break or come apart during cleaning. While dusting is an option, it is not the best solution. The optimal method is to disassemble and wash them thoroughly, but we are unable to reassemble them.
Heavy Items: We do not move bulky items such as refrigerators, beds, wardrobes, sofas, tables, cabinets, or heavy flower pots. Our cleaning staff consists of women who might not be able to safely lift and move heavy objects, which could result in injuries or damage to your floor.
Mattresses and Furniture: We do not perform deep cleaning on mattresses and furniture; we only vacuum them. If you need thorough cleaning, you can arrange for a dry cleaning service through us.
The cost of our services is determined by several factors, including:
- Size and number of rooms
- Level of dirt and grime in the space
- Types and quantity of cleaning products used
- Cleaning methods required
Here’s what to do if you’re not satisfied with the cleaning:
If the cleaner is still in the apartment and you notice any issues: Don’t hesitate to inform the cleaner about it. They are more than happy to address any missed spots or areas that need extra attention. The cleaner is always prepared to rework or complete any tasks to ensure your satisfaction.
If the cleaner has already left and you discover something wasn’t cleaned properly: Contact us immediately or send us a photo of the issue. We’ll address it promptly.
If you were unable to inspect the cleaning and later find it was done poorly: Write to us or call us as soon as you notice the problem.
